Way of MOS is operated by Richard 'Bodhi' Perryer. We provide a framework for understanding coherence and host a suite of products to support your spiritual journey.

Our Products

Sacred Quest — A spiritual practice tracking application that helps you:

• Track meditation, shadow work, and heart practices
• Assess activities using the MOS framework (Mystery, Odyssey, Sanctity)
• Receive personalized guidance from Sage, your AI spiritual companion
• Discover patterns in your spiritual journey
• Cultivate coherence in your life

Sacred Forge (coming soon) — Your life and work operating system aligned with MOS principles.

Sacred Directory (coming soon) — The map of conscious community.

Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use Sacred Quest
• If you're under 18, you confirm you have parental/guardian consent

Account Responsibility

• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration
• You must not share your account or let others access it
• You're responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@wayofmos.com if you suspect unauthorized access

Free Tier:

• Basic practice tracking
• Limited Sage conversations (10 messages/month)
• Access to core features

Plus Tier ($10/month USD):

• Unlimited Sage conversations
• Advanced pattern detection
• Priority support
• Full feature access

Oracle Tier ($20/month USD):

• Everything in Plus
• Access to premium AI models (GPT-4, Claude 3.5 Sonnet)
• Early access to new features
• Personalized insights and analysis

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store in-app purchases or Stripe (for web)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice

Cancellation and Refunds

• iOS: Cancel through your Apple ID account settings
• Web: Cancel via Settings > Subscription in Sacred Quest
• You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
• Refund requests should be submitted through Apple's App Store or contact support@wayofmos.com within 7 days

What You Can Do

• Use Sacred Quest for personal spiritual practice and growth
• Track your activities honestly and explore insights with Sage
• Share your journey respectfully within community features (when available)
• Provide feedback to help us improve

What You Can't Do

You agree not to:

• Use Sacred Quest for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Attempt to manipulate or jailbreak Sage's safety guidelines
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Reverse engineer our AI systems or app code

Not Professional Advice

• Sage does not provide medical, mental health, therapeutic, or professional counseling advice
• Sage's guidance is based on AI language models and the MOS framework, not clinical training
• Do not rely on Sage for diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support

Crisis Detection and Response

• No Real-Time Monitoring: Sacred Quest does NOT monitor conversations in real-time and cannot dispatch emergency services
• Your Responsibility: If you are in crisis, you must contact emergency services directly
• Not a Crisis Service: Sacred Quest is not a crisis intervention service

When to Seek Professional Help

If you're experiencing:

• Mental health crisis or suicidal thoughts: Contact emergency services immediately
• Severe depression, anxiety, or distress: Consult a licensed mental health professional
• Medical symptoms: Consult a qualified healthcare provider

AI Limitations

• Sage may occasionally produce inaccurate or misleading responses
• Sage's responses are generated algorithmically and should be evaluated thoughtfully
• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from following Sage's guidance

Sacred Quest includes practices designed to surface unconscious patterns, repressed emotions, and shadow aspects of the psyche. This work can be intense.

Potential Experiences

• Emotional discomfort or distress
• Resurfacing of difficult memories
• Temporary increase in anxiety or low mood
• Resistance or avoidance

Important Guidance

• Go Slow: Honor your own pace and nervous system capacity
• Get Support: If shadow work becomes overwhelming, work with a licensed therapist or trauma-informed practitioner
• Not Therapy: Sacred Quest is a self-guided practice tool, not a replacement for professional mental health treatment
• Pre-existing Conditions: If you have PTSD, severe depression, anxiety disorders, or other mental health conditions, consult a mental health professional before intensive shadow work

Our Rights

Way of MOS and all related products (Sacred Quest, Sacred Forge, Sacred Directory) and content are owned by Richard 'Bodhi' Perryer and protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:

• The MOS framework (Mystery, Odyssey, Sanctity)
• Sage's AI system and prompts
• All app designs, code, and user interfaces
• Logos, branding, and visual elements

Your Rights

• You retain ownership of the practice logs, journal entries, and personal data you create
• You can export your data anytime via Settings
• You may share screenshots for personal, non-commercial purposes (please credit Sacred Quest)

Your privacy is sacred to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand:

• What data we collect and how we use it
• How we protect your spiritual practice information
• Your rights regarding your data

SACRED QUEST IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We don't guarantee that Sacred Quest will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• We don't warrant the accuracy of Sage's responses
• We don't guarantee specific spiritual outcomes from using Sacred Quest

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 USD if greater)
• You acknowledge that you use Sacred Quest and Sage's guidance at your own risk

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

1. Canceling your subscription (if applicable)
2. Emailing support@wayofmos.com requesting account deletion

We'll delete your data within 30 days.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Your account has been inactive for over 2 years

Informal Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at support@wayofmos.com. We're committed to resolving issues fairly.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes:

• We'll update the "Last Updated" date
• We'll notify you via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before changes take effect
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
