Workshop Testimonials
By submitting a testimonial through our workshop form, you grant us permission to use your feedback to improve Way of MOS. We will not publicly share your testimonial without your explicit consent. All personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

All content on Way of MOS, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Richard Perryer or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Products & Services
Sacred Forge
Sacred Forge is our personal operating system for coherent life and business. When you purchase Sacred Forge, you receive:
- A personal and business use license (non-transferable)
- Access to the Sacred Forge framework, documentation, and tools
- Training and support as specified in your package
- The right to use Sacred Forge for your personal life and business operations
License Scope: Your license covers you and your team members working on your behalf (employees, contractors, assistants). You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or transfer your license to others
- Use Sacred Forge to provide services to third-party clients
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Sacred Forge framework for commercial purposes
- Train others to use Sacred Forge as a commercial offering without separate agreement
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your individual invoice or agreement. We offer various payment plans including monthly installments for qualifying clients. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
For international clients paying in local currency: You may transfer payment in your local currency using your bank's exchange rate at the time of transfer. Exchange rate fluctuations are normal and expected.
Support & Updates
Support periods and training sessions are specified in your package agreement. We provide lifetime updates to documentation and materials for all paying clients. Access to new features and tools may require additional fees or upgraded packages.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our products or services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of significant changes. No modifications will affect your license to use materials you have already received.
User-Generated Content
Any content you submit to Way of MOS (such as testimonials, feedback, or future community contributions) remains your property. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and improving Way of MOS.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Way of MOS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no guarantees about the results you may achieve using our platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Richard Perryer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Way of MOS, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
